Performance Support

We offer several tools to help maximize performance, including coaching, project planning and management, and goals writing.

There can be tremendous value in collaborating with someone who is both focused on you and your success and has the removed perspective of someone outside of your company. We will help you focus your energy on the things you can control, and particularly the areas within your control that will have the most valuable impact.

We also understand that companies experience fluctuations in capacity. We are happy to step in and do the legwork of drafting and reviewing goals, creating detailed project plans, and managing them.

Coaching

You could really use some support as you navigate a challenge (or several of them) at work. Perhaps your preferred mode of processing is to talk through your options. Perhaps you could really use an outside perspective as you plan your approach. Perhaps you have a great manager who just doesn't have time to talk through this.

 

Our coaching model is based on partnership. We strive to get to know you and your business, listen closely to the challenges they're facing, and serve as thought partners - someone to provide and help evaluate ideas -  in determining the best path(s) forward. 

Project Planning, Management

You know what the end result should look like. You might even know what everyone needs to do to get there. Maybe, just maybe, you know when each task must be executed. But does everyone on your team share that understanding? Bring us in to help clearly outline the responsibilities and timing of your project so that everyone is working from the same playbook.

 

Accountability is important, too. We're available to provide the added capacity of ensuring that everyone is on track so there are no surprises along the way.

Goal Setting

Goals are powerful tools that help you drive productivity and achievement. They are also incredibly easy to neglect - it is always easy to put them off because right now you need to focus on your "real" work.
